1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users of HCTPL Global Staffing.
2. Permitted use
- Legitimate hiring and recruitment activities.
- Providing accurate job and candidate information.
- Using AI assistants for good-faith discovery and screening.
- Complying with employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.
3. Prohibited use
- Uploading unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory hiring practices prohibited by law.
- Impersonation, credential sharing, or bypassing authentication or payment controls.
- Scraping, bulk harvesting, or reverse engineering the Platform.
- Introducing malware or attempting unauthorised access to systems or data.
- Misrepresenting tier requirements to obtain capabilities not paid for.
- Using the Platform to build a competing product using our proprietary flows or data.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, suspension, termination, legal action, and reporting to authorities where appropriate.
