Refund and cancellation rules for HCTPL Global Staffing subscriptions and related payments.

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscription payments made for HCTPL Global Staffing client workspace access and related tiered programmes operated by Hari Cornucopia Tech Private Limited.
Placement fees, mandate-specific staffing charges, and bespoke professional services may be governed by separate mandate or master service agreements.
2. Subscription payments
Client workspace subscriptions are billed monthly at the introductory launch price or standard list price for the selected tier (Basic, Professional, or Enterprise) as displayed at signup.
Payment is collected through authorised payment partners (e.g. PhonePe Payment Gateway). Access to the client portal is activated only after successful payment confirmation.
3. Cancellation by client
- You may request cancellation of a recurring subscription by contacting haricornucopiatech@gmail.com with reasonable notice.
- Cancellation stops future billing cycles; it does not automatically delete historical mandate records required for legal or audit purposes.
- Downgrading tiers takes effect from the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Refund eligibility
Because the Platform delivers immediate digital access and begins onboarding workflows upon payment confirmation, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refunds may be considered at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charge or technical error confirmed by our payment records.
- Payment succeeded but account activation failed and could not be remedied within 7 business days.
- Mandatory refund rights under applicable consumer protection law.
5. Failed or abandoned payments
If a payment is initiated but not completed, your account remains in a pending state. You will not be charged again for the same in-progress order; a new payment attempt is required only if the prior attempt failed or expired.
We do not store your full UPI or card credentials; retry flows are handled through the payment partner checkout.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we may suspend the account while investigating. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination.
7. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible within 7–14 business days, subject to payment partner and banking timelines.
GST adjustments, if any, will follow applicable tax law.
