1. Security commitment

Hari Cornucopia Tech Private Limited implements administrative, technical, and organisational controls appropriate to recruitment data processed through HCTPL Global Staffing.

2. Controls

• Authenticated access to client, recruiter, and admin workspaces.
• Encrypted transport (HTTPS) for web traffic.
• Hashed storage of portal passwords.
• Role-based access to mandate and candidate records.
• Webhook and payment callback verification where applicable.

3. Incident reporting

Report suspected security issues to haricornucopiatech@gmail.com. We will investigate and respond in line with applicable law and contractual obligations.
