1. Product and operator

HCTPL Global Staffing is operated by Hari Cornucopia Tech Private Limited (CIN: U62012AP2023PTC111685), registered at 12-58/B, Jaggayyapalem, Jaggayyapalem, Visakhapatnam, Pedagantyada, Andhra Pradesh, India — 530012.

Operational support is available from Visakhapatnam (Vizag) and Hyderabad.

2. Service tiers

Three subscription tiers are offered for client workspace programmes: Basic, Professional, and Enterprise. Each tier defines the interview and assessment depth available for mandates under that subscription.

Launch pricing and standard list pricing are published on the marketing site. Introductory launch rates apply until superseded by notice on the Platform.

3. Billing cycle

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in INR unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Fees are due in advance for each billing period.
• Renewal is automatic each month until cancelled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Payment methods

Online signup payments are processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway or other authorised partners. Supported instruments may include UPI, cards, and net banking as enabled by the gateway.

Mandate-level placement fees and NET30/NET60/NET90 invoice terms for staffing services are separate from workspace subscription billing and are defined in commercial agreements.

5. Taxes and invoices

Stated prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes. GST or other levies will be charged where required by law. Tax invoices are issued to the billing entity details you provide at registration.

6. Non-payment

Failure to pay may result in suspension of portal access, pausing of bot-driven recruitment workflows, and withholding of shortlist delivery until outstanding amounts are settled.
